NTC (National Training Center) is a specialized facility in charge of our human resources development. It is fully-equipped with abundant repair materials, equipment, research laboratory, and real shops where practical hospitality is acquired through role-playing under seasoned trainers. Extensive education and training ranging from technique, customer service, to management are offered based on the staffs' career. NTC is also utilized daily as a place to study for proactive staffs who want to voluntarily develop their skills.

In addition to Pickup & Delivery Service and Internet shops, it also deals with corporate customers with their shoe repair requirements.
